About Her

Some folks call this the "About Us" page. Well, there is no "Us" on the website. It is just I, Wanda. I'm the one running the site, picking the content, and getting hit by go carts. Read on, and I'll tell you a little about myself, but not too much.

From Her

I'm a storyteller. I tell stories. Was that redundant?
When I do get run over by a go cart, aka being hit by a story, I will post it here in this section. Some are short (blogish). Some true. Most are based on real-life events. So check in occasionally or subscribe, and I'll notify you when a new one hits me.

For Your Eyes

Really, this is just a place to put pictures that I take on my Nikon or my phone of places I go, events I attend, people I meet.

Well, why not, because a picture IS worth a thousand words.

Never Too Late

Many of us Baby Boomers didn't touch a computer until college, some of us even later than that. So adjusting to email instead of a typed letter on paper was quite the leap. With the rise in the use of cell phones, instant messaging, Twitter, Facebook and so many more, we have had a lot to learn.

In an effort to hang in there and make use of at least some of what this world of technology has to offer, many of us are learning to use some of these resources, and one thing is for sure, it is never too late.

Never too late to learn, to grow, to get more informed, to get healthier, or to learn a new skill.  It's a whole new world, and we are hashtagging our way through it, still growing and enjoying life.

PS. That's my pull up bar bolted to the pergola. I'm working toward a goal #nevertoolate #purpleshoejourney
